By accessing or using LinkBio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinkBio is a SaaS platform that allows users to create link-in-bio stores to sell products online. The Service includes product listing tools, payment processing via Stripe, analytics, and AI-powered features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

LinkBio offers a Free plan and a Pro plan at $9/month. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We charge 0% platform fees on your sales. Stripe's standard processing fees apply to all transactions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Sell illegal products or services
  • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or harmful content

6. AI Features

AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated product listings, descriptions, and recommendations before publishing them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to LinkBio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

LinkBio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
